Parent Supplies List

The following supplies are to be provided by the parents for each child and will remain at the Center.
Infants

· Diapers (a charge of $2.00 per day will be added to your fees for each day you do not bring in diapers)

· Baby Wipes (a charge of $3.00 a day will be added to your fees for each day you do not bring in wipes)

· Diaper Cream

· Clean Small Pack-and-Play Sheet (labeled with child’s name)

· Breast Milk and or Preferred Formula  - we only supply Sam's Club Members Mark brand formula

· 3 Clean Bottles (labeled with child’s name)

· 3 Clean Changes of Seasonal Clothing (all labeled with child’s name)

·Pacifier (if desired) labeled with child's name.

· Box of Kleenex

Toddlers

· Clean Sleeping Bag  (labeled with child’s name)

·Clean Pillowcase (for storing sleeping bag)

· Any Special Foods and/or Dietary Requirements (see posted menu for meals/snacks being provided and served by the center)

· 2 Clean Changes of Seasonal Clothing (all labeled with child’s name)

· Walking Shoes (for walks and playground time)

· Kleenex

Preschoolers

· Clean Sleeping Bag (labeled with child’s name)

· Clean Pillowcase (for storing sleeping bag)

· Any Special Foods and/or Dietary Requirements (see posted menu for meals/snacks being provided and served by the center)

* Box of Kleenex

· Clean Water Bottle (labeled with child’s name)

· 2 Clean Changes of Seasonal Clothing and Shoes (all labeled with child's name)
